Pastors may be strong, but they're also human. That means that they need encouragement like everyone else. There are the obvious things that encourage them, such as letting them know that their ministry is genuinely helping you in your walk with God through a kind word or a note of encouragement. There are the simple things such as showing up for church and keeping your commitments to serve. And there are the less obvious things that are of equal or even greater importance.
