What a joy it is that pay that final bill on some long standing debt that we have been paying! The bank mails us the title and we are free! It's good to be debt free and many great financial seminars show us how to go about accomplishing it. From a biblical standpoint, most of their premise for being debt free is based on one little phrase in Romans 13. Depending on the translation, it reads "owe no man anything", "let no debt remain outstanding", "don't run up debts", or "pay all your debts". But, did you know that, as important as it is to pay our debts, the main principle in this passage speaks of a debt that we can never consider fully paid on this earth. In the message, "Indebted", we will see exactly what it is, why it is, and why it is so important.
